Shubham plays a key role at WindowsCo, preparing accurate and tailored quotes based on architectural plans, energy ratings, and BAL requirements. He also ensures the right materials are ordered for each individual project, aligning perfectly with the specifications. One of his recent achievements has been mastering our quoting software—streamlining the process and adding even more efficiency to our operations.

Outside of work, Shubham is a passionate cricket fan—just your typical Indian, as he jokes! Floor Supervisor

With over 15 years of industry experience—most of it in commercial projects—Falaniko is a key part of the WindowsCo team. As our Floor Supervisor, he is responsible for cutting aluminium for all our jobs, ensuring each piece is prepared with precision and care. His deep understanding of commercial work and strong leadership on the floor make him an essential part of delivering quality on every project.

Family is at the heart of everything Falaniko does. Driven by the desire to see his children succeed, he has proudly brought his son into the company and is now mentoring him with the same passion and work ethic he’s known for. Outside of work, Falaniko is the life of the party—literally—as he often DJs at family functions. His dedication to both his craft and his family makes him a truly valued member of the WindowsCo team.

Stefanos

Silicon Specialist

With over 25 years of experience, predominantly in commercial projects, Stefanos brings unmatched expertise and precision to every task he handles. As our Silicon Specialist, he ensures the finishing quality and details meet WindowsCo’s exacting standards. Stefanos genuinely enjoys every aspect of his role, always brightening up the workplace—especially during lunchtime! Outside of work, he enjoys traveling overseas to visit family and loves exploring Victoria through short trips. Clients appreciate his commitment to quality and his positive, approachable personality.

Ameel

Window Fabricator

With 7 years of industry experience, Ameel is one of the most hardworking and reliable members of the WindowsCo team. Known for his can-do attitude, he never says no to a task—whether it’s stepping in for a delivery, working weekends, or putting in overtime to help the team meet a deadline. His flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond have made him an irreplaceable part of our business.

Assembly & Glazing Technician

Andrew has been a valued part of the WindowsCo team for over three years, working closely with his uncle Ameel to assemble frames and handle glazing with care and precision. What he enjoys most about his role is tackling the unique challenges that come with each project—finding creative solutions to ensure every client gets exactly what they need.

As Andrew says, the final product may look simple to the client, but behind the scenes is a journey of problem-solving and teamwork. For him, the most rewarding part of the job is seeing the finished result, knowing the effort and skill that went into making it happen. His pride in the craft is reflected in every window we deliver.

Sam

Trainee Fabricator

As one of the newest members of the WindowsCo team, Sam is quickly making his mark under the expert guidance of his dad, Frank. A fast learner with a great attitude, Sam has already picked up a lot—maybe the credit goes to the industry knowledge running in his veins! He’s currently focused on learning the ins and outs of our commercial projects and gaining hands-on experience every day.

Sam loves working with the team and appreciates the warm, welcoming environment that makes him feel right at home. When he’s not learning the ropes, you’ll probably find him enjoying music. With his positive energy and eagerness to grow, Sam is a promising part of our future at WindowsCo.
